Newcastle Arts Centre will host exhibitions and performances and its resident artists will open their studios.
In the gallery enjoy an exhibition and performance by an ace puppeteer Marc Parrett's The Ballad of The Underwater Daughter. Set on a fairy-tale mechanical island inhabited entirely by dads, the tale is told with puppets and machines built by The OBJECT Project.
Shows at 7pm and 7:45pm (free, walk up - 20 mins) and at 8:30pm (tickets £5 - 1hr 15 mins). Tickets for 8.30pm show available to book online from 11am, 5 April at https://newcastle-arts-centre.co.uk/product/late-s... The Show is for over 14s only.
