‘The Good Hurt’, by Clarita Lulic; an exhibition exploring power dynamics between husband and wife, will be in the Arts Centre gallery. Come and try art materials from ‘Details’ with advice on hand for those who would like to learn more. The North of England Art Club will be exhibiting ‘Northumberland: People and Places’, along with demonstrations by the artists and a chance to vote for ‘Best in Show’. Mike Bishop presents 'The Edwardians on Hadrian's Wall: Poetry and Prose from a Lost Empire', a series of short illustrated readings from Robert H. Forster, Rudyard Kipling, and Maria A. Hoyer. Meanwhile in the Black Swan cellar bar there will be live Latin Jazz with Salsa demonstrations for you to join in or watch. Live music, great drinks and a fun event for all.
