Newcastle University 1st year Fine Art students take over 2 floors of NewBridge Studios to present NARRATIVE - an exhibition organised, curated and featuring all their own work, showcasing some of the most exciting early-career artists in the city. The students have produced work across painting, sculpture, text, installation, print, performance and film, responding to the conventions of narrative by critically examining the constituent elements of communication, structure and time. A NARRATIVE publication will be available that has been produced in collaboration with students from the Creative Writing course at Newcastle University.
